Psychotherapy for you
I know how overwhelming it can feel to move through a dark or uncertain time. Sometimes what we need most is a steady presence, an anchor to help us feel grounded again. We all encounter these moments in life - and psychotherapy means we don’t have to do it alone.
Psychotherapy provides a safe space to explore and be curious about ourselves, to develop an inner knowledge and awareness of who we are and how we see the world and others.
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have experience working with young people (16+) and adults, and a variety of mental health conditions such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and personality disorders. I practice an anti-pathologising, trauma-informed approach, so whether you come with a diagnosis or not, we will take our time to explore and understand what your experience is of living in your life, body and world.
